I received the radio and set it up in my shop to use and when I turned it on the radio had a lot of static to it. Sounds like electrical noise and the only thing that I had on in the shop was the LED lights in my shop.

Ordered a refurbished Metabo miter saw. Item was boxed by Metabo and forwarded by CPO. Box was received in good shape and timely fashion. Upon unboxing and inspecting the saw, I discovered a part was missing and a mounting hole on the base was not fully drilled out for a fastening bolt. I called CPO customer service and initially received an offer to send a replacement miter saw and return the first saw, with CPO paying shipping on both. I thought it would be easier for me to finish drilling the hole and have the missing part shipped. Customer service was very cooperative and contacted Metabo for the missing part to be delivered to me. Great customer support.

I placed my initial order for a Bosch router combo, but after no movement for three days, I contacted CPO. They were very helpful and immediately initiated a new shipment. The shipment arrived on schedule. A company can't control an unforeseen problem, but it is responsible for resolving them.
