I ordered reconditioned Makita XTP02 23 gauge pin nailer and I broke it out lbs job without playing at home first…it sucked. No matter which length pin I tried, the nailer left 1/4” out of the material…which kinda defeats the purpose. I reached out to customer service and they allowed a return and exchange of the tool, and within about two weeks the exchange was done and this second gun does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Drives the pin just slightly below the surface…perfect. I have purchased several other Makita reconditioned tools from CPO and this was my first “miss” but they stepped up and made it right quickly.

I’ve never heard of this company but I’m glad I stumbled across it, I was looking for a Craftsman heated jacket and CPO appeared in my browsing. This company stole $220 from me. I purchased an XGT saw with the XGT battery and charger. I received only the saw and charger. CPO is refusing to send me the battery I paid for and is telling me I need to contact Makita. I didn't buy from Makita. I paid CPO and they couldn't care less that I am missing a $220 battery that I paid for. Why would they not send me what I paid for? Because I opened the package 1 week too late for their liking. Seems like they should honor their obligation and send me what I already paid for. I can't even get a refund! Thieves!!! Never buy from this company. Pay the extra money to buy from a reputable business that doesn't steal from their customers. Never again.

The order i got didn't have the rite charger in the kitchen. It was suppose to have a 4 amphr charger and it came with the cheaper charger. The kit said it was suppose to be a 4 amphr charger. So if you could send me the correct chargers for the 2 kits I bought that would be much appreciated. So please send 2 4amp hr chargers thanks.

So easy to research items and the process of purchasing is easy. Website is user friendly. The only issue is that shipping is only free for orders over $149. Sometimes with the shipping charge the item can be purchased elsewhere and you get the full warranty not just a year. Otherwise I am happy so far with my purchases
