I bought two more Bosch factory reconditioned items during the black Friday sale. I had been looking at the items earlier, but they are tools that I didn't think that I would use regularly. Boy was I wrong, I have used the tools just about every day since I received them. As always, the tools are high quality. I've never had any issues with the factory reconditioned tools. While my coworkers who buy cheap tools are constantly replacing them, all my Bosch tools from CPO Outlets are still going strong. I haven't had any issues with them. Thank you CPO Outlets!

First bad experience buying…
This was my first bad experience buying from CPO. The carboard packaging was inadequate and the box was destroyed on its way to me. My guess is the carrier taped up the box along the way. Fortunately, the contents were all there but looked like they were used by the time they arrived. I needed the item for an upcoming event and it was still functional so didn't have time to return otherwise I would have sent it back.

I absolutely loved this company UNTIL I…
I absolutely loved this company UNTIL I bought a brand new Dewalt power washer with electric start. The pressure washer is fine but the battery that shipped with it won’t charge. Most likely the battery is bad but it could be the little charger is bad too. I sent 7 emails and made 2 phone calls and I still haven’t received an answer if I’m getting a battery and or charger sent to me. This is incredibly frustrating because up until now they have been great. I believe they sub there customer service calls and emails out to people that just answer the phone and know absolutely nothing about the products or policies.
If someone would just get in touch with me or send a confirmation email or anything, I would be happy to change the review. But so far you all have earned this score
