You guys always do a good job, The new Dewalt hammer drill was defective and you guys replaced right away, I appreciate that. I purchased a renewed Bosch hammer drill with chipping action almost 20 years ago from you guys and it still working great.

All of the tools I’ve bought from CPO have been clean, worked great, and in nice condition. My one complaint is the belt clips are packaged in cheap wax paper that splits, and two of the four tools I’ve received have been missing the accompanying screw because the pouch split and the screw escaped the box that it came in.

I have been buying from CPO for years. I got a coupon that I could not use. Contacted customer service was ask for a screen shot; I sent it. Nothing since, I waited for another offer and used it.
Following prices on another product now on "special" no it is not same price. Just a CPO follower surprised by the "marketing"
