Ordered a reconditioned Dewalt Grinder. It shipped very quickly from Southern California and arrived in excellent condition. The only thing distinguishing it from a new unit is a small bit of engrave-pen writing on the back of the tool. I will purchase from CPO again. Great prices, no dramas.

Ordering was easy, the delivery time wasn't fast, but it was ok. The gloves were on sale, and the price was very good, but, and this isn't CPO's fault, but for supposedly being extra large, they were extra tight, and my hands started to cramp the first time I tried on a pair, so I'm going to have to figure out a way to stretch them before wearing them. I'm not sure if they say where they are made, but I have to assume they're from a country that doesn't have people with big hands. And obviously, DeWalt just had its name placed on them, without testing them. If I can't get them to be comfortable, I'll just give them away.

Company seems fine BUT if you advertise "Eligible orders will receive a shipping label via email to print and attach to your package." I expect that I know I have to pay shipping it back but when you call CS they tell you that you have to take care of the shipping yourself and we don't do that anymore to which many people would say what is the big deal ? And I would say it's a huge deal because it would cost $89 to ship it back and most likely if CPO does would be half of that or even less so I will have to keep the item hoping I can use it and get my money's worth so yeah FALSE ADVERTISING. Going back to Home Depot for my future orders.

I was surprised that the table saw was delivered already assembled, strapped to a pallet with metal strapping, with a box covering the table saw/stand. I do not think this information was provided when ordering the table saw. Also, the table saw did not come with the blade wrenches or push stick.

Customer service and website issuesordered a tool on New year's eve and…
I ordered a tool on New year's eve and noticed after looking at it I had ordered the wrong item. I called immediately but they were closed and sent an email to cancel the order. On New years day I got an email back saying it could not be canceled due to it being processed. Very strange because when I called both days they were closed. I had also got a discount of $50 for the December order but the email said that was no longer available on ordering the correct tool because it was now January 1st. I ordered this $400 tool from another company now with a discount and will just return the CPO tools when it comes. The website on the other approved Makita company was also much easier to navigate and purchase.

Item was late, promised to arrive by Christmas Eve. Finally arrived Dec. 29. This item as refurbished but looked new. However, a wrench was missing. But your customer service did a great job to help me out.

I am very happy with my Brother printer. Most places were sold out of the model right before Christmas but CPO had it. Shipping was quick in spite of the holidays. I needed a new printer because my old one was not compatible with new Spectrum equipment. Connecting the two was easy. I would buy from CPO again due to availability and shipping.
