Saw would start but not run. Took it to dealer for warranty work. Was told it was not going to be repaired and a refund would be issued. Not sure why. I still need a saw. CPO Outlets what do you recommend?

Packaging was only what the manufacturer provided for in store purchases. No box, no padding, just a shipping label on the retail package. The drill arrived with the interior of the case shattered from shipping. Granted the case is not the functional part, so I kept the purchase, but a small effort to properly package shipments would go a long ways.

I purchased this Dewalt refurbished electric sander and am very pleased. The item was shipped in a factory refurbished box packaged as new condition. All excessories were included, the sander looks and runs as brand new. Shipping was fast and the package was received at my front door in undamaged perfect condition.

I received dewalt ear muffs. I did not realize they were the muffs only and not connected. It was my fault for not reading the description. I sent a request about how to return them. The reply stated due to the reason for the return I am responsible for the shipping. That's good information but this did not answer my question about how to return the item. I still do not know how to return the item and there was no return information in the box. I have a good impression with cpo do to previous orders that are accurate and on time.
I was considering keeping the useless to me ear muffs because I have a positive view of cpo but I dont think that's fare.

I ordered the Makita 1/2 HP 1 gal air compressor for my hobby bench. I can regulate the output to operate my air brush. I can adjust the air pressure to gently blow debris off my bench. I can also increase the output to casually power a small brad nailer. You couldn't roof a house with it, but enough for a few brad nails. Most of all - IT IS QUIET! CPO has always been a prompt shipper and their tools have never failed me
