Decent pricing. On time shipping. Confident in quality of reconditioned Makita tools.
Only negative was the “user manual” provided with impact wrench. It was an incomplete photocopy of the original manual. Not a big deal since one can download manuals if needed.

It is unfortunate that you are only asking for a slap on the back and not a total assessment. However i have been purchasing products from your company for about 15 years and have been quite satisfied. But I recently purchased two refurbished tools which didn’t deserve a five star rating. Why? One came with the manual and original packaging including manual and warranty.The other didn’t. The only thing that came beside the tool was a piece of paper explaining the one year warranty, no manual no instructions nothing. I would consider myself as an experienced woodworker and can figure out how things work but all people are not like that. I understand that what I purchased was a returned product which may have cosmetic flaws. But it should have come with all items that the manufacturer originally shipped. Disclosure is the key. If it was returned incomplete a full refund shouldn’t have been made and disclosing would be appropriate.

Shipping and tracking information incomplete and inadequate!
I used this site before, and it looks to be a good resource for quality tools reconditioned or new.
Often with multiple items ordered at the same time results in several shipments.
Difficult to keep track of, and occasionally items are totally left off and not received. No tracking numbers attached to certain items?
I'm not interested spending my time trying to recover purchased items lost in a logistical maze!

Multiple Good Experiences
Couple of things. First, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. CPO allowed me to return it, no problem.
Then, when I received the correct item, it was missing the 1/2 inch collet. When I called about it, they gave me a partial refund equal to the cost of the missing part on Amazon and I ordered it there. That was a VERY logical solution, and much appreciated.
