I live in Los Angeles but I am originally from metro- DC and grew up eating crabs .. I was missing blue crabs but was afraid to order them because I thought they’d be cost prohibitive. A few years ago, my cousin told me about Crab Dynasty & I gave it a shot- WOW ! The crabs were large, delicious, seasoned perfectly, ON TIME , and reasonably priced ( I feel like I am paying the same as locals & just adding shipping ) . Since then, I have ordered crabs from them about 6 times and it has been the same wonderful experience every time . One time, I had a small issue with an order ( I can’t remember what it was) but I contacted customer service & they took care of me immediately .. I have dealt with their customer service a few times over the years since ( help with ordering, discounts, changes, etc ) and they have been amazing every time .

When I called to tell you that my shipment has arrived thawed, your representative told me not to eat it and to discard it. She then sent another shipment overnight air, which arrived by noon the next day fully frozen. We had some for dinner that evening and they were the best soft shell crabs I have ever eaten.
