Title: Terrible experience – Avoid this company!
"I am writing this to warn other potential customers. I purchased a Seiko Sapphire Titanium Quartz 100M (SXA115) watch (Order #10999839), and after a long wait, it arrived defective and not working. Furthermore, I paid an extra $7 specifically for the "Original Watch Box," but they sent it in a cheap, low-quality Casio box that isn’t even worth 25 cents—it looks exactly like the flimsy packaging used for cheap light bulbs.
When I complained, they offered a replacement or a refund. When I chose the replacement, they informed me that the watch model I bought was no longer available. I offered to choose a more expensive model and pay the price difference, but they demanded I pay shipping and customs fees of $100 again.
I explained that I already paid these fees in the first order and that it is unfair to pay them again due to the company's own mistake (sending a defective product). Their customer service response was unacceptable; they told me that regardless of their fault, I must pay again or just accept a partial refund for the watch price only.
I ended up requesting a full refund. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. My advice to everyone is to stay away from this company and buy your watches from a reliable, trustworthy seller."

I purchased a Seiko SRPD55K1 specifically because it was advertised as the Arabic day-wheel version. I paid a premium price for that feature, but the watch I received was the Spanish/English version instead, meaning the item was not as described.
After contacting customer service, I was told I could return the watch. However, since the watch was imported, I already paid around €70 in customs duties, VAT and clearance fees. Recovering those charges is a complicated and time-consuming process, meaning I would likely suffer a significant financial loss because of a mistake that was not mine.
To resolve the issue, the seller offered only €8 as a partial refund, despite the fact that I paid extra specifically for the Arabic version and received a different product.
I appreciate that customer service responded, but I am very disappointed with the proposed solution and the lack of adequate compensation for an item that was not delivered as advertised.

Bought the GShock Mudmaster GWG2000.
Delivery was super fast and quality of the watch is genuine.
The only downside is that even though the prices are marked as lower than what you can get anywhere else, by the time you pay for the import duty tax, youre paying full price anyway, so there is no point purchasing from abroad, may as well just buy in your own country.

The watch is perfect and beauiful. I had an issue with customs and they were really helpfull. The customer service is excelent.
The only issued I had was with DHL. They're really slow in my country (Spain) and the package took more than a month to arrive.

The watch was shipped within Canada and I was charged $51 for import taxes and duties on a $224 watch purchase, where no import taxes and duties would have been applicable. I would not recommend this online shop. The customer service is very poor. I asked for a breaddown of the import taxes and duties. They refused to provide that information. They ignored my concerns and would not offer even a partial refund. Stay away and spend your money with a more reputable businesses. UPDATE: I was offered $10.00 refund, after I posted this review. I upgraded my experience to two stars
