Seamless purchase with multiple tracking checkpoints. Product as advertised and arrived in clean (new) condition. Sidenote: various identity checkpoints was a little bit of a surprise - but appreciated. With so much fraud, i was a little bit reserved confirming my identity.
Shipping via DHL out of Singapore. Factor duties in your purchase. Again, a bit of a surprise seeming my assumption was origin shipping from North America using a US/Canadian hub. Not a big deal, but noteworthy.
Best prices in the online market with frequent sales discounts.
Excellent experience overall.

The watch looked great on the website but I was so much nicer when it arrived.
The simplicity of the process when buying is great. Very happy with my purchase👍🏻👍🏻
The only downside was the customs charges at my end

I think this was for a Seiko way back when the greys were cheap. If so then Creation was great. Cheap and fast delivery. Not so sure about their 2026 prices, but then that's probably not their fault. Decent firm to buy from.

First buy from Creation Watches and have been very impressed. The watch we wanted was out of stock everywhere, Creation Watches had it and at a slightly lower price than most. The communication was excellent, with regular updates and tracking. Our watch arrived well within the stated delivery date and was extremely well packaged. We have been impressed and delighted with the service we received and would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you.

Charged my card for a watch that never was. I tried to follow up on their designated emails/Social media handles and phone numbers and never got a response. I wouldn't be dealing with an organisation with non existent customer service.
