User friendly shopping service for taobao and other Chinese sales platforms.

I've been using this shopping service for taobao for at least a year now because of their pricing, customer service and transparency. When an issue arises anywhere in the process of ordering from taobao it is very easy to contact them at any point in the process, they respond pretty quickly and they fix it. I also really like their "contact seller" option. I use it a lot for shoe sizing, because my favorite seller does not have a size chart on their page, and the sizing differs per shoe model. This is the second shopping service I've ever used.
