Stay away from this seller! Purchased phone, was delivered to me on time. Upon inspection the phone was abnormally slow and hot while charging. Trying to reach the customer service team for weeks now to return it, to response!!!! Return policy is 14 days only, you need an RMA number and they just ignore you.... Forced to open PayPal case... Extremely frustrating experience
Android 10 Go turns off display over other apps. Several apps no longer run. I would not have bought this otherwise excellent phone had I known this was going to happen.
I just got a new Cubot Note 20 pro. It is superb value for money. Similar performance to a Sony 10 2 but with a user replaceable battery and half the price. Battery lasts 2-3 days but takes about 5 hours to charge. Helpful customer services too. Stock android no finger print reader but good face recognition feature.
The phone is very good but if it happens to break the screen, they don't have it to replace it ( I'm talking about here in Romania).
I am impressioned with the cubot smartphones quality. Strong, and beatiful.
I was one of the winners of the Note 20 giveaway. Cubot made many promises within a couple of months but NEVER sent my prize to Brazil, despite I accomplished all the requirements they made. Not a trustable company.
Congratulations on languages and accessible alternating approaches

Great phone, reliable and great looking phone.6.5 screen. Although a big phone, it will not slide from your hand. Fingerprint, facial scan or pattern to unlock. Android 11, 8000mah battery. No bloatware preloaded very clean install. If JCB made phones it would look like this lol. UK review
