The backdrop is exactly as ordered. And I’ve taken a few test shots and I think they look quite beautiful. I like the quality. I was worried about the microfiber at first, but it seems to be working just fine. I was a little concerned about the shipping, but when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I have ordered a second backdrop from this company already.
Positives: Lisa was very courteous. Product arrived on time. Negatives: Product was seriously sub-par and unusable. Company made it extremely difficult to get my money on the purchase back. I ended up settling for $70 out of $129 because "You know most online business are low margin.". I will not order from this company again as they do not stand behind their product.
I have purchased as of recently two backdrops from DBackdrop. Both backdrops are very elegant in their design. These were purchased as Fine Art backdrops. I see visions as to the end product before I begin shooting these portraits. DBackdrop delivers just what I am looking for in my vision. And in the quality of craftmanship. They meet customers' needs and deliver these items in a timely manner. Will definitely buy again from this company. William Carter.
The fabric quality was excellent. Should be useable for years to come. From purchase to delivery it seemed to take a long time—about 2 1/2 weeks. I was a little disappointed in the design I chose as it was a little too gray and black and not quite how the online picture depicted it. There’s no return policy so you have to be sure of what you want.
The vintage/classic car backdrop that we purchased was absolutely the perfect backdrop for our father's 85th birthday party. Everyone raved about it and it was a great addition to family photos. Thank you for providing so many options through your business!
My 5 year old granddaughter lives in Hawaii and has never really experienced snow, so the Frozen backdrop transforms her to a true ice castle experience. She uses it every night for performances (singing and dancing). Being a perfectionist, she now feels she has a realistic back drop for her musical theater dreams. Big birthday hit. It is permanently hung in the living room and one of the first things you see when you enter their house.
The material is wonderful and looks great in videos. But my original order was off by 2 feet in width. I then asked to have three feet more and was charged the full price. I also guess I mistakingly purchased a color that was slightly darker but it doesn't look darker on my computer. I would have thought Backdrop.com would have picked up on my error since they knew I was ordering this extra fabric to match the original purchase. Finally this latest three feet is 6 inches too long and drapes the floor where the rest of the backdrop doesn't. I am still happy. The darker shade is my cute reminder that this order was an adventure.
