I have not once had ordered from them without an issue. Majority of the time items will never ship, often ordered will be cancelled with no notification that they're cancelled.

Horrible Communication!
Terrible customer service. It takes them several days to a week to respond to any inquiries. I recently placed an order with Deep Discount, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. The worst part is that no one from the company contacted me regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why my order didn't ship. That's no way to run a business! They lost a customer
By far the worst shopping website ever
I placed 4 different orders on Deep Discount. I had problems with literally all of them. The first two were cancelled at the last minute. The third, they shipped half of the order and it took MONTHS before getting a partial refund. The fourth, they cancelled and refunded half of the order without telling me (got a notification from PayPal), but only refunded the item they cancelled PARTIALLY. This is literally a scam. I can't believe I was dumb enough to order four times on that website, but I will definitely never do it again.
Deep Discount should be called Deep…
Deep Discount should be called Deep Disappointment. For a place that sells vinyl records you’d think they’d have some idea how to package them for shipping. If you like bent corners and split seams this is the place for you! Or if you prefer cracked CD cases, they’ve got you covered there too! I highly recommend Deep Discount for all of your Deeply Damaged music needs.
Dishonest & incompetent
Dishonest & incompetent! Deep discount did not provide me with timely shipping info & the tracking number was not a real link like most sellers provide. The $77 dollar record gatefold album cover was damaged with the whole upper right corner bent/dropped on both sides with 5" creases. When I was trying to track the package they were bombarding me with misleading ads. instead of offering me ten dollars compassion they want me to send the album back without any promise of a refund. This company is incompetent & dishonest. They knew the album was damaged.

Deep Discount should be named Deep RipOff
I pre ordered 3 Funko sodas in May 2021 and still have not received them (now June 2 years later.). I contacted them over a year ago and got a rude email from customer service. I had asked to cancel the order but they wanted to charge s restocking fee for something I hadn’t even received yet. I don’t care how cheap they say they are, it’s only a deep discount if you actually get what you bought and paid for.
Check Stock!
I can't say that I've had a bad experience per say, everything that I've ordered from these guys I've received in great condition and super fast shipping. Actually scary super fast shipping! The only gripe I have is please check your stock regularly, cause its just annoying when something says its in stock when its not. I can't complain too much as I've always got a refund for unavailable items.
An absolute dumpster fire of a company
An absolute dumpster fire of a company. If I could rate ZERO STARS, then that is what I would do. I waited over 3 weeks for a game that I ordered for my son. I decided to call and find out what the delay was all about. They informed me that they had canceled the order and never let me know that they had done so. They told me that I could re-order it for a much higher price. I will never, ever even consider this company again. What a waste of my time and unwanted aggravation!!!
Incorrect items shipped and no support
Ordered a video game and the vendor sent the incorrect game and refused to help resolve the issue. I just had to file a claim with PayPal, which I've never had to do.
My experience mirrors that of others
My experience mirrors that of others. I purchased some used video games from them online. The page says something to the effect of "the game's cover art could differ from the picture advertised" and "you may not receive any downloadable content or special offers that were originally included", etc. This is a basic disclaimer info for used video games, and completely understandable. However, I ordered 7 games. One was advertised as the "definitive edition", and I received the standard release. There is a big difference in version/value between the two. For another game, I ordered an "ultimate edition" for Xbox Series X, and received the standard edition for Xbox One. Completely different version and console. Their support is non-existent. They keep repeating the same used disclaimer over and over, even though it clearly doesn't apply to this situation. We're talking about an approximately $15 refund, and they can't even be bothered to provide any type of customer service. I have ordered movies and CDs from them before, but I will never order from them again after this experience.
One of the best Funko distributors I've bought from
I ordered a Funko collectible from deepdiscount.com and everything was perfect when it came in. Very well packaged. Also the prices are unbeatable.
Deep Discount does not honor coupons
Went to website and within minutes was hit with a popup to save 10% on my next order if I enter my email address. After entering the email it then asks to save 10% now if you sign up for text which I did. I got a text stating the code was DEEP10. When I went to add a couple of hundred dollars worth of product to my cart and to use the coupon, all it said was "OK" but the discount was not applied. I reached out to Deep Discount and was told that what I had in my cart (video games) was not eligible. No where during the signup process, in my text, on their website or anywhere I could find does it state there was any stipulations on using the coupon. Then they asked me to send proof. So I sent them several screenshots including what it said at checkout. I asked them to provide me where on there site it has the restrictions and they could not. All they would say is they would forward the information on. No customer service. No sorry we'll honor it as it is our mistake. They could care less and it was only a measly 10%. This took over a week of back and forth with this nonsense that in the end I found what I need on Amazon cheaper and zero hassle. The 10% only added up to be around $20.00. Lose a sale and provide zero customer service for $20. What shame. So much for trying to support another business besides the behemoths but when you can care less about making things right this it what happens.
Good experience
when I ordered it was really good, I know people here say it was bad, but I'm not here to say that they're lying. But for me, I ordered two times and got my stuff, but to be fair I did order with PayPal because the reviews were bad and just to make sure that it wasn't a site where they take your money and leave, so I do recommend that people pay with PayPal or something that you can get your money back because from what I read that was the problem, that they didn't get their money back so that's something I recommend. After reading the feedback though I would still give it a shot, regretted immediately they sent me the wrong item, it’s been 3 weeks now waiting for my refund. They would give you all kinds of excuse not to refund, worst customer service ever.
Ordered from them a few games
Ordered from them a few games. They decided since they were out of stock of the games I ordered to substitute for another similar game. I didn't want another game, I bought what I wanted to play. The game I bought is still up for sale on their website even though the customer service told me there were completely out of stock. I have to mail my order back and wait 2 weeks for a refund. Waste of postage and time. Do Not Buy from these guys.
I'd give zero stars if possible
I'd give zero stars if possible. Pre ordered a 4k limited edition of the Thing. They cancelled my order w/o any notice to me via email or updating my order history their website 45 days or so after I ordered. I had to call to find this out, they said that the manufacturer could not fulfill the order.
Total Incompetence
I ordered a 3-DVD set and instead got a music CD of Jeff Beck Live! I went online to find out what happened and the site said there was no record of my order.
