Awful Customer Service
I have canceled my subscription for the Dermalogica Age Reversal Eye Complex with Dermstore due to an unsatisfactory experience with their customer service. The representatives appeared to be working remotely, resulting in noticeable background noise and making communication challenging. There were also significant language barriers, further complicating the conversation. The overall lack of professionalism and apparent deficiency in customer service training was evident throughout the interaction. Although the company states that calls are recorded for quality assurance, it seems these recordings are not being effectively reviewed to enhance service standards.

It’s kind of hard to look for things and all packages that I have ordered takes about 1 month to arrive.

Do not buy from Dermstore.com
Do not buy from Dermstore.com! Customer support is horrible. I ordered couple of items and one of the item I received was wrong. So, they sent me an item that is $46 instead of the item I ordered and paid $140.55.
I sent them the picture of the box with the wrong item. They approved my return for the wrong item, so I had to go to the USPS and mailed the wrong item back to them. Then, I had to send them the delivery notice AND receipt from the USPS. But that wasn't enough. They claim they haven't received it and ask me to wait 14 days. FOR WHAT? Their mistake? I wasted my money, time, and sanity! and I still don't have the item I need and paid for. They don't even bother to make up for their error! Horrible company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM DERMSTORE!
