I’ve ordered from dermstore dozens of times and this time it advertised free shipping over $100 and 15% first app purchase. Free shipping did not apply, actually it was almost $16 and it did not recognize free shipping for the over $100 order. My order was $270+, I definitely should’ve qualified for free shipping.
Found a product I use and love but much cheaper than in my Salon! Thank you..

I hate this company, I canceled my 3 month pre-paid subscription box back in April because they failed to even deliver the last box-they said it was "sold out" after I got a shipping notification with 0 shipment arriving. Fast forward to this month (August), and I have a pending charge for $24.99. They charged me for a new box and are refusing to refund me. They told me that I could send the box back to them for a refund, but I refuse to spend more time on this as I would acutally have to find a printer, then go to the post office to mail it back, then wait for a refund. I'm going to do a chargeback tomorrow, but I would encourage everyone to STAY AWAY. They are hella shady.

I placed ann order on 7/25 for over $700 and paid for 2 day shipping. After 5 days I reached out because the tracking stated that it was never picked up. They said that it fell through the cracks and asked if I still wanted it. I stated yes, and asked for a credit. They offered to refund the expedited shipping of $10 after I asked and saw a promo for free shipping with a large order. After a couple of days it still didn't ship and I called. Very impressionable staff in the phone and via email. Clearly they do not value their customers or care if they sell or loose business. They lost a return customer here.

I’ve been waiting on this order to arrive. I have a wedding to go to and was anxiously awaiting my package and it was delivered however, when I grabbed it, it felt light so I decided to video it because they just did not feel like as much product that I ordered that the box should’ve been that light so I videoed it. I opened it and the only thing that was in there was the packaging paper and a note card from derma blend no product whatsoever and by the time I got the package. They were already closed for the day and so no product tonight very disappointing !!!!

Dermstore always sends a coupon code for, mostly, 15% off your next order- to be redeemed by a certain date. EVERY single time... it does not work. Every. Single. Time. Why? I am always within the correct time frame. NEVER works.
