I went to the site to reorder an item I use a lot because I received a postcard for 15% off. Of course my item was excluded and replaced with 5% off, so I bought two instead of three. This is not the best marketing I have ever seen.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed order and wrong product shipped. Return portal & process was made difficult. They confirmed receipt of return. Said 14 days to refund. Then said they had not received the return. After a month of being jerked around finally got credit by contacting my credit card processor. NEVER AGAIN
