First time booking air tickets on DestinaHolidays and was able to get it done quickly. Very efficient, the website is easy to use, the ticket price seemed good too as I tried several other flight tickets booking sites, the price I found on DestinaHolidays was the best.

Until recently, Destina Holidays was unknown to me. When searching for a cheap ticket for 5 people to Miami, I received a message from Desina Holiday. Very quickly, from the Netherlands, through constant email contact, we received the tickets. Betty, thank you very much for your service. You were customer-friendly and focused on our wishes. I had to call three times to resolve my issues, and while each customer service representative I spoke with was doing their job, they didn’t seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic. I don’t mean to flatter, but I expected a warmer experience.

Can’t pay with Cash App card
A little hiccup with payment processing but everything was fixed relatively easily and quickly. Had to end up using Zelle to send my payment, but nearly immediately got my order confirmation once it was sent!

Booked my tickets and never got my tickets through my email, I have to call them so many times to see what happened, they said they were calling me to confirm information so they can issued my tickets, I was out of country and don't have open calls, every time I bought my airline tickets they charge it to my credit card, It was so frustrated to be calling to see if they will issue my tickets to make sure I will travel the indicated day.

My online booking experience with Destina Holidays was straight forward and pretty smooth.(online booking) But what makes me worried is the "processing time of the ticket" was taken more than 2 hours to receive the ACTUAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE DETAILS OF MY FLIGHTS".(that made me worried and felt the "unprofessional staffs conduct processing my booking tonight. It should have been completed in 10 mins time upon receiving my CONFIRMATION BOOKING tonight at 19.45pm/SEPT.23.....!!!

Booked a flight with all information
Booked a flight with all information. It was pending credit card check stuff but didn't guarantee ticket stated by email too. So I patiently waited which it eventually showed it being processed with a booking code. I was able to see that the tickets been on the major airline with that code but due to change of price they followed up with me in a email they needed to get a hold of me. I emailed them as soon as I could and they told me the new price if I agreed, I would have to spend an extra $400 or cancel. I cancelled and wasted mine and my families time. I would not suggest trying to book with this company as there trying to make a buck off ya in hopes you agree with the new price change.
