They have bad customer service! It’s impossible to get ahold of them! They say they’re going to give you coupons but they lie bc they don’t! But you can get some good deals on products! Shipping sucks too!

Have used Dhgate several times, and have been very impressed, orders well packaged and apart from once have all arrived before esteemated delivery date, however would advise people to only used established business, and always check buyer options and customer feedback, unless is 98% or above stay clear, same with any of these selling platform.

I submitted a complaint against a seller as the item I received was not as described nor the same as photos. After a long battle I received a refund and returned the item. I paid approx £20 postage and was told this would be refunded. I was told on 31052021 when the product refund was issued that they were applying for my postage money back- I have sent 3 emails since and received no response or postage refund. Sellers are desperate, No costumer service...
Many times returning customer. Its good when the item you ordered is as described. Lately I truly feel that Chinese sellers are literally desperate to make a sale and not deliver the quality afterwards. This would be the time when you will need help from customer service of DHGate ....and this also will be the time of big disappointment. They are NOT there for you. There is no help. At the end of the day : You are on your own here. Lack of communication is their specialty.

I have shopped on this site a couple times now, the products were not exactly as shown in pictures but it’s to be expected when items are significantly cheaper than their legitimate versions. The key to this site is looking at reviews so you can see what the product will actually look like and how long shipping takes and how helpful the seller is if there is a dispute.

Really depends on the sellers
Really depends on the sellers. Look for sellers that have a ton of reviews before you purchase from them. 80% of my orders have been decent. However they are pretty good at refunding your money. The shipping is slow ( 90 days) unless you change your carrier. The carrier cost more than the shoes.

Not bad I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this website and I've only used it once but both items I ordered came and were so much better than I was expecting. One item came within the same week, the other within 3 which is not bad at all. A tip I'd give to people when ordering - always check the reviews on items first! If there are hardly any or they are mostly negative, do not order! I understand people get excited when they see something they want for a decent price but always, always, ALWAYS check the reviews.
