It's fast it's easy affordable and they have great customer service

I was in a bind, and I saw this ad on Facebook about a loan place . So I decided to check it out. That were I met Star! She was amazing, great customer service. She answered all my questions and was honest with me. She was very professional! I give her 5 stars! Keep up the great work. Y'all need a little Stop on out at DontBeBroke on Durand Ave ( the old farm restaurant) and visit Star and the other staff. They will help u out.

Worst experience ever with loan Company.

This company strives on the importance of having a stable and verifiable income. I have worked the same job for almost 6 years now, and this company does not really care for the importance of steadily holding jobs, they are no different from any other loan company regardless of credit or income.

I was hired on may 25th it was expressed that part of their company slogan is fatcap the f stands for fun and tbh I’m sure that was just to reel the employee in I was written up about a month later for playing solitaire on the computer in which it was already on I did not download it all the cleaning in store was done no pending loans to work no collection calls to call til later on everything was done so I just thought I’d kill a little time playing a game of solitaire well Vegas was watching me on the cameras as they do which is fine and sent an email to my boss saying that I was playing solitaire so I got my write up for it and was told to email dan my boss’s boss and was told to acknowledge that I was playing solitaire and took accountability and won’t do it so I sent an email that said I will not play solitaire anymore then I went into my Paycom and had to sign the warning in there to which I just replied na in my comment section and signed it well after my shift today I was fired Dan didn’t like my email and corp didn’t either I just don’t understand until I was told by my boss basically I should have wrote four to five sentence paragraph I replied that it doesn’t say that in the employee handbook said some other things like this is bs cuz it is and stormed out I was reliable hard working when there was work to do and then to just be fired cuz I didn’t write a paragraph in response to a write up ?????????? Crazy work for a company that claims F A T C A P and the f stands for fun. Don’t fall for it it’s just to get u in the door I have never in my life been fired for something so stupid and petty and I would not recommend working for this company at all but they have the nerve to complain about a revolving door of employees I was blind but now I see and side note if I was told that’s how they wanted me to reply to a write up I would

Amazing service amazing people

I went into the happy valley store in Nampa Idaho to refinance my loan and as always I was greeted and treated with great Customer Service by Kylie and Annette. They help me with my paperwork and help me pay my previous and they always read me with a great smile and have great attitudes. It’s always a pleasure going in thank you.

Dollar Loan Store in Plover needs fitting staff.

First time I called the Plover office they told me my internet was down. Second time I called "Mathew" as he called himself was very rude and extremely NOSEY. He made specify exactly what i wld be spending the money on including exact fillers. Doesn't seem like he belonged in a loan office more like a Sheriff's Dept. Very intruding!

I went to apply for a loan i was approved for $450 but i had to bring in my last 2 pay stubs and a document regarding verification for mthe amount of pension I am recieveing. Until i could bring those in they gave me 150.00 in cash told me to bring the verification and i would recieve the other 300.so I brought the info in the next day. just to be told they wont give me anymore then the 150.00 they already gave me. They Lie and drag you along just to refuse the loan. Not reputable at all. Stay away cant be trusted.

The loan commercials say it's fast,but…

The loan commercials say it's fast,but if you listen to the commercials when the guy talks super fast ... He basically says terms and conditions may apply... And it may take longer... Don't be late making payments because that's where they get you. Interest is 199.99% you will pay that if you are late and if don't pay it off early. Usually when they ask you for more paystubs or you have to come in. THEY (employees and managers) think your pays tubs aren't legit. There is no underwriter. Managers determine if you're approved based off your information.... It's a good place to get a loan just make sure you are able to pay it off early.
