I am still in the middle of this course, and.it is pretty ok. It is really boring sometimes, but other than that it's good.

Hi Iddo! Thank you for the review! We're sorry for the confusion and delay you’ve experienced. The good news is that your state allows us to provide a digital copy of your certificate. You can download it from the Records section of your course at any time. If you’re having trouble locating it or would prefer that we send you a copy directly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you right away. We’re here to help!
I hate how whenever I close my laptop after finishing a chapter, and I am not sure if it is like this for others, but whenever I do close my laptop screen without finishing a full "level" it resets the level right back to the beginning.
Hi Ethan! Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how inconvenient it is to have your progress reset after closing your laptop. The course is designed to automatically save the last page you were on, but if the next button wasn’t clicked before closing your laptop, it may repeat that page when you return. However, if you’re repeatedly seeing the lesson restart from the beginning, that’s not expected behavior and is an issue we’d want to resolve for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to take a closer look and help get this fixed.
Think it was very educational. Learned alot of things I didnt know about.. Like the organ donations..
I really enjoyed how it was so understandable and had lots of information that helped me learn so much
It taught me everything I needed to know before I got in the road.
very straight foward simple and good instructions to complete the course
It was easy to use and navigate thru the app and you get your moneys worth.
It was very helpfu
just the videos
Overall I liked it a lot... the only thing that wasn't very good is the fact that after I finished reading there was still like 2 or 3 minutes left. But I guess that is just because you have to have it that way.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Elaina! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the course overall! We understand how those extra minutes at the end can feel a bit unnecessary, and we appreciate you pointing that out. You’re right that timing requirements can sometimes create that experience, but insights like yours help us continue improving where we can. If you ever have more thoughts or suggestions, we’d love to hear them. Feel free to reach out anytime at [email protected]. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!
