Excellent Service
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my account was put at risk. I was blessed to be helped by Keisha in member services. She was a Godsend! We talked through the situation and she helped me make the best decision for my account. She was patient with me and all of my questions and concerns. She quickly got me set up and I felt assured everything would be ok. Thank you Keisha for being so kind and helpful!

Keisha went above and beyond and kudos to Connie
Keisha went above and beyond meeting our sudden urgent need. She moved compassionately, quickly, professionally and effectively maneuvering through a process requiring several hours. God bless Keisha in the Beaumont office for her tremendous help. Special kudos to Connie in the Vidor office (proven to be the epitome of an super, A+ rated employee throughout many years) who first directed us as to what we needed and how to accomplish our sudden need.

Jada was incredible and so nice and sweet I highly recommend her for your banking needs. So glad she helped me with opening an account when another for was rude about it telling me I wasn’t approved for an account with them Jada reassured me she’s incredible.
