Scam Artist, Bait & Switch outfit, The Absolute Worst

1 because that is the lowest. They claim be be low cost which is so far from the truth. They are actually one of the highest cost. They gave me a price of $43 and then charged me $227 for 1 day. Houston location is out of a closet behing the hotel. Staff was rude, slow, and did not care to try to help move the increasingly growing number of people waiting but instead answered phone calls. Was supposed to get a SUV and was given a low grade Nissan. Be aware you will pay 3 or 4x more, get way less, and leave very unhappy.

The worst rental company in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I never been so disappointed in a company first they purposely lie about when I rent the vehicle Second my rental were tow and till today I believe the front office had something to do with it Third when I offer to go pick up the vehicle from the impound the guy told me there is a pick up form they would have to authorize for me to go get it they never send that form via email they made sure the vehicle stay impounded to rack up the fees. Last I paid extra for the toll per day as a flat rate the thieves called Easirent still charge my account for daily tolls!! I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company of also good luck by having their transportation pick you up on time from the airport to their office!!! Worst experience

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Unfriendly staff at Cork airport. Then car broke down with fuel leak. Rental company told us it is none of their business once customer leaves parking lot (!). Finally had to cave in when damage was confirmed and car was picked up by tow truck. Could not deliver a replacement car so our family was stranded in the middle of Ireland without a car. Would stay away from this company to save a buck and rather go with larger int'l companies.

No hassle and no wait

No hassle and no wait! When I arrived at my appointment I was immediately greeted by Tameria Jones. She swiftly walked me through the check-in process and got me in a very nice car and on my way fast!

I would leave it 1/2 stars if I could. We flew into Vegas and took the car rental shuttle to the rental car area. We the found out it was a separate shuttle again off site to this company. We waited for 30-45 minutes for the shuttle to come along and when he did, we were told he was out of room in the van. So we took a taxi to the rental agency office beating the shuttle. There were already 6 people ahead of us who had been there no less than 30 minutes waiting to be checked out. The lady at the front was doing other side work rather than checking us out. When we got to the desk, we were advised that our appointment time was earlier in the day and we had been cancelled. It didn’t make any sense because we went through Expedia. Luckily she rented us a car. Unlucky that the insurance fees were $60 per day!! They sell you on the cheap rental but charge you on the backend for everything. When we got the car, it looked as if it had hit a dog or a person as it had extensive front end and backend damage. Also noted was the car had 1/4 tank of gas but we were required to return it full. I will never again use this company as it was the worst car rental experience ever.

Biohazard Interior & Zero Accountability – Avoid at All Costs

I picked up a Chevrolet Trax (LJV Q72) late last night and found it in a completely unsanitary and hazardous condition. The interior is covered in trash, hair, and large, unidentified white crusty stains on the seats. The vehicle also has a foul odor and was provided with less than a full tank (7/8). As a professional in the supply chain industry, I find this total lack of maintenance and basic hygiene standards unacceptable for a 7-day rental. Because the branch was closing at pickup, I was forced into this vehicle. I am currently 35 mins away at work and require an immediate resolution—either a mobile swap for a sanitized vehicle or a significant credit to cover professional detailing. I have documented everything with 20+ photos.

Not open when we were promised.

We asked 2 times what time the office would be open on Monday morning and were told 2 times 6:00a. When we arrived at 6:00a, the office was not open and we had to take an Uber to the airport since no shuttles were available. The vehicle we rented was smelly and dirty. As it cost us quite a bit to get the Uber, we would like to request a discount since we planned our trip based on the 6:00a opening time we were promised.

A very bad experience

A very bad experience. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet in the car when I returned it, and they called me to come pick it up—but guess what? I had $152 in my wallet, and it had disappeared, and they offered no explanation. It’s truly terrible.

No sense in doing early check-in

No sense in doing early check-in, they don’t receive it. Stood in line for 40+ mins to be checked-in and get vehicle. Same staff checking in has to bring the vehicle out and in my case clean the car. They still process things on paper and system seems really old maybe if they had an updated system they could move faster. No issues with shuttle or checking out, very straightforward process. Vehicles are newer and well-kept. Long story short you get what you pay for.

Insurance rip off

Bad shuttle service, had to uber to get to airport. Dirty slimy lobby. I had proof of insurance and a policy number but they said that wasn't good enough. So they made me pay for there insurance. They got my $33.00 but they will never get my business again!

This was terrible service

This was terrible service. The shuttle took 2 hours and the driver was stoned & almost drive off with an old ladys bags without her. There were extra fees at pick up & they didn’t have the car I paid for. Do not use this company.

Avoid Easirent Dublin Airport at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Their service is abysmal and their staff are truly bad mannered. I booked and paid for a car at Dublin Airport only to be told when I arrived at Zone 17 as instructed by Easirent that they had no car for me. They told me to wait at the airport and they would call me in "an hour" Its been 24 hours and I have heard nothing. Now the trouble has started trying to get a refund but I am being told I cant get one because I didnt cancel more than 2 hours before the collection time. Yes you have read that correct....... Easirent failed to fulfill their rental agreement and I cant get a refund because I didnt cancel the agreement more than 2 hours before the collection time. They are con artists so stay well clear of them.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

We had a really disappointing experience with Easy Rent near Cork Airport. We arrived just 30 minutes later than planned, straight from the airport, only to be told that our car had already been given away, full stop. When we got to their office, their system was down and staff were on the phone trying to resolve it, making them effectively uncontactable. They had actually rented our car out to someone else, meaning they effectively got paid twice—once from us and again from the new customers—which felt incredibly greedy and like a total cash grab. We are a young family with a baby and a young child, and finding ourselves stranded like that after a flight was extremely stressful. To make matters worse, there were no other cars available for hire at all. What really stood out was the attitude of the staff member, who was apathetic and indifferent, showing no interest in helping us or acknowledging our situation. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer care provided—it felt like a greedy, transactional operation rather than a service that actually cares about its customers, and they seemed more than happy to hide behind their terms and conditions when it clearly feels like their business model profits from late collections.

I had a cor hire booked through Discover cars with easihire, however when I go to Dublin Airport, I was told by their rep there was no car available for me was prepaid, this company is just a scam and my advice would be to avoid avoid avoid

Worst experience I've ever had

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used them at Las Vegas for our spring break family trip booked with Expedia. I did not receive the car class (SUV) I was charged for and was given a sub compact vehicle instead. When I told them they said they don't have that vehicle class and not sure when they would, they said I had to call Expedia where I booked thru but then with Expedia they still refused to credit back the upcharge. The vehicle they provided came with no gas. I waited over an hour with one person in line in front of me. There were 6 employees there standing and talking to other people but making no progress. The building itself was falling apart and the manager was rude. I would never use them again and Expedia should sever their business relationship with them. I'll be making sure I never end up with them again.
