Attention to detail
I have been doing business with Phil for 8 years now and he has never let me down. Let me say that again because it is so unusual: he has never let me down. Logistics is difficult, every detail needs to be taken care of, suppliers need to be coordinated, goods consolidated. It takes a mind capable of tracking every detail all the time and Phil does this and makes it look easy. Thank you Phil and East Out, see you soon for my next shipment.
