after the 4th person plus chat I FINALLY talked to someone that was willing and able to listen and Help me with replacing the canvas print that was not good which surprised me - it was a rare event . Chat is ok , IF the problem is simple . When calling back the last person is not normally there but they do have ways of making changes to orders .

I wouldn’t even give this company one star! This is where we have purchased many canvases. The last canvas I purchased was sent to the wrong address so I contacted the people and they said easy canvas prints said to discard it and they would send me another canvas. They never sent me another canvas and when I called them and emailed them, they said that I had to pay shipping costs to have another one sent to me. It’s their fault that it went to the wrong address! What they was give me was an 80% refund only. I will never do business with them again! There are too many other places that I can go to. Beware! And the customer service department is extremely rude! Absolutely unprofessional.

I think this website gives you so many options for your artwork. Pillows, blankets, and more. I also love that it's delivered no later than two weeks sometimes even early. The canvase is fresh, vibrant and new looking. Very sturdy I personally love them more than the original canvase. I'd definitely work with this website over any other!

Should be able to do multiple prints faster
I thought all of the canvas prints would be $4something, that's why I continued with order and didn't use Shutterfly. I also may have gotten them smaller that 8x8 if i had that option, but 8x8 is fine. I didn't like having to upload and add to cart one at a time, it took forever. The cost of shipping was horrible.

The picture came out great, but the frame is bent
The picture came out great, the canvas is clear, the extra money for the wall hanging system was well worth it. However, the frame for the picture is only level on the top and bottom, both sides bow in and make the picture look weirdo on the wall. It has an hour glass shape.

Uploading the photographs I wanted printed on canvas was quick and easy, and the editing process was simple to use. When my canvases arrived, I was impressed by how sharp the images were and how vibrant the colors looked. I've now ordered my fifth canvas print. I did run into one small issue using the Safari browser, but customer service responded by email within 24 hours and quickly resolved the problem. Why have I ordered five prints from Easy Canvas Prints? Because I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of their product. In my opinion, their canvas prints are even more impressive than a traditional framed picture. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality wall art.
