Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers often point out that placing an order is completely hassle-free, while items are securely packaged and arrive remarkably fast. People consistently praise the stunning visual quality, bright colors, and wonderful sturdy frames that make their home photo displays look exceptionally beautiful. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional quality flaws, mentioning that a few prints arrived blurry, overly pixelated, or incorrectly cropped at the edges. However, some customers also noted frustrating experiences involving delayed deliveries, untraceable order statuses, or fragile packages arriving severely damaged during transport.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The site is easy to navigate and I like the quality. I haven’t received my product this time, but it’s always been awesome. I was concerned about losing part of the picture for the wraparound of the frame, but I called Customer Service and they assured me that my entire picture would be on the face and how they did the wrapped part so I don’t lose any of the main picture. The lady was very nice and very helpful that the app is easy to use.
Pricing competitive
Ease to use this product.
My prints were amazing. And the price was on point.
Always Great. I have not been disappointed with anything I have received from ECP. This was no exception. If you send them a good image, you will receive a high quality print with fast delivery.
The print was over pixelated. The beauty of the original picture and foggy night was not captured on the canvas
