Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience during checkout. We understand how frustrating it is to have a promotional code but not have an opportunity to apply it before your order is processed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify ways to improve the checkout experience. If you haven't already, please reach out to our Customer Love Team at 877-858-4586 so we can review your order and see how we can assist. We'd also be glad to review the promotion you were expecting. If the discount wasn't applied as anticipated, we can check and work with you to ensure the correct offer is applied whenever applicable.
The quality of the picture is good
The quality of the picture is good, they seem to miss alot when cutting edges, I've had to pay taxes to have pictures redone, I I've spent a lot of money with this company because I like your work but when you make the mistake it's wrong for the customer to have to keep sending, that's how you loose them
Canvas was just I as ordered

Simply great quality and great customer…
Simply great quality and great customer service; none of that Ai prompt “customer service”, you’ll get a live personal assistance. I had a photo custom enlargement to a canvas 3’ x 5’ and Easy Canvas did not disappoint!

I've ordered here for years! Thanks to your amazing crew!
Super reasonable pricing
Super reasonable pricing, easy uploads, and surprisingly fast delivery. Total turnaround time from order to delivery was 5 days I think for 3 large pieces + 1 small piece. Came out perfect, and awesome quality especially for the price! Will definitely use them again!!
Everything was good until I clicked on…
Everything was good until I clicked on the $15 rebate, not realizing I was signing up for an unwanted future pay plan for shipping, then was unable to reverse out and go back to my order only. The small print offer should be stated earlier in the process and be able to go back to your order if you don’t want this “extra”. I hope the print truly is sent to recipient as a gift without issues.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry the shipping rebate offer caused confusion during checkout. We understand how frustrating it can be when an offer isn't presented as clearly as expected, especially when you're placing a gift order. We appreciate your feedback regarding the visibility and wording of the offer. Based on the information you've shared, it appears the charge may be related to a third-party promotional offer rather than a charge from our website. While we're unable to manage or make changes to third-party promotions, we'd be happy to review your order and help clarify what occurred. If you haven't already, please contact our Customer Love Team by phone at 877-858-4586 or email us at [email protected] with your order details. We'll be happy to investigate your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and provide any assistance we can. We're sorry this experience has affected your confidence in shopping with us. We hope your gift arrives just as expected, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to assist in any way we can.
