Everything started to go wrong when we started customizing.
I did a lot of research and found that edirectory had the best platform for what we were looking for. Everything was going well until we did some customizations. Once we did that, it has been working on and off for months and months. It takes weeks to fix it each time and then it happens again and again with no real solution in sight. Operating an online company that isn't working properly effects revenue and reputation. They don't even seem to care or offer a permanent solution. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.

Daniel Storm was very helpful and gracious with all our questions, even before we were quite ready to buy. All of our questions were answered graciously and insightfully. We definitely don't want to recommend this company to our competitors in our niche, but we definitely recommend edirectory for everyone else looking to build an online directory! :-)

As a potential client the eDirectory has a lot to offer, especially their demo site with the theme "City guide" was spot on for what I was looking. Additionally, once I got to talk with Daniel for about 30-mins i was able to further understand that the platform has items i was looking for. 1. The platform 2. the sales team (Daniel) made me choose between eDirectory and other platforms. I especially like the Page Editor.
