I had issues downloading software for Microsoft Office, so contacted Theunitysoft. Mark Smith answered my email, and after a couple of tries managed to send me a link to uninstall all the old software, and then install his new software. Well, it worked like magic and I'm delighted!

After following the explicit instructions carefully mOffice 2024 didn't work. I screamed help, by return of post (email speed) help arrived. My sausage fingers had messed up again, so I thought. No, when I told my PC, as per the instructions, to uninstall Microsoft Office it said "Yes Boss, done it" Trying install again,same failure. With help reolved it to my PC, or MS Windows 11 hadn't obeyed me. I did the uninstall routine again, which appeared to work again.Reinstalled Office 2024. And the magic happened. I had Office 2024 working. Thank you Unitysoft, your customer support is great. Full marks.

I have been buyong stuff from - first Software Geeks and now - UnitySoft, since they both started. I don't know how they do the discounts they do, but it aleays works. Acouple of times I've needed help - but the support teamalways responded quickly. (Usually because I was being a half-wit.... Five stars . No argument.
My computer had some problems that were making it very difficult to install the software after download. The support team stuck with me over the course of 2 days until they found a solution that got me back in business with a legitimate Microsoft license. They were very patient and very professional and answered what I am sure were "stupid" questions from me until I got it right.

Had an issue with my motherboard frying, installed a new one and Microsoft wouldn’t except the key for my windows 11. Spent 2 days going through help centres on line and on phone, frustrating isn’t the word for it. Emailed unitysoft to ask for help and within two hours had email back with a new key! I’d purchased my copy from them in 2023. Their prices are great their service is great what more could you want? I purchased Office 2024 Pro version and initially had a problem downloading the software (best done by ethernet cable if your WiFi isn't consistent) then activating the licence. Unity Soft always responded promptly to my queries and guided me through fixing the problem. I would use them again.
