Spain, Italy, France trip
Our tour guide, Curt, was amazing. He did a great job connecting with everyone. He was funny and very energetic. The free time to walk around was great, however it left us getting back to the hotels late and didn’t give people any time to decompress. Without time to decompress, people are constantly exhausted and they don’t get to fully embrace and appreciate their surroundings. Also, it would have been nice if the hotels were located closer to the areas we were visiting. The best hotel was the one by the beach. Maybe limit the number of cathedrals you see. After a while they all look alike. It would be great to be served more authentic meals.

What made my experience great was the organization on the trip and the tour guide Miguel, who was super helpful and he had everything planned. He also helped in giving us a lot of recommendations on what to do on our free time. This company is doing well in everything that was provided in the trip.

Our EF Tour Guide Nicolai was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and able to provide us with details of what to look for at the places we stopped and made the history of each location come to life. He quickly and seamlessly navigated a weather-related schedule change and still managed to show us the beauty of each country we visited. It was a whirlwind to visit 3 countries in 10 days, but we got to see so many places! The timelines ran smoothly and the tour guides were all fabulous. I have dietary restrictions and he helped me navigate my options at each group dinner.

Great communication throughout the process. Website made it possible to track the travel process and make sure you were ready.
The itinerary was good
The itinerary was good, however the other group that EF paired us with caused problems and was consistently late. We missed out on guided tours and other parts of our tour because of being late. At one point we missed over an hour of a paid guided tour because of the other groups time management. This was not fair to our paying travelers. The TD was fantastic and the accommodations were fine.
