Hello whoever reads this review,
I know this sounds insane but I used these guys about 8 years ago and said, "ah what the hell. Let's try again." and so I bought some in game currency for the game I play. Now, I was feeling a little bit risky and decided to buy a huge lump some on the game.
First thing that threw me off was they asked me for a picture of the front of my card of the last for digits and my ID. Immediately, you would think I would have flags flashing above my head and warning signs of, "hell no don't do it." Well, I did it. Because I had money to spare and I gave myself a minute to think about it and realized the last 4 digits of my card, my ID, and a Paypal statement was just proof that it was my account. Still scared me though.
Overall the person I kept emailing was kind and understanding as I made my purchase and told me it would be a few hours because of how much currency I had purchased and he/she made it happen within an hour. Awesome service, polite and relate-able. Just a tad bit sketchy on the confirm that it's my account after 8 years of not having bough in-game money for years. Overall, 10/10. I went full send and they came through like they used to!
Raise their prices after I bought it refused to give me what I paid for
I bought 2000M market place cash after 30 minutes I contacted customer service they said it would be 1 to 6 hours after 12 hours I contacted customer service still nothing after 24 hours I contacted customer service they still did not have any marketplace cash so they refunded my money after that they mysteriously regained marketplace cash and jacked up their prices So I got my $110 back but to get the exact same product again it’ll be $140 this is complete Unacceptable
Trust only egpal.com, other websites will steal your money
As an online gamer I sometimes buy in-game currency from websites who sell them.
At first I went to a website called goldicq.com, I was given a guarantee that my order would be delivered within 30 minutes after making the payment of 50£. This was on Friday 27/03/2020, they have since refused to deliver my order and refused to give me a refund. I was continuously told to wait, it's now been 2 days and I still have not received my order.
I got frustrated, went to egpal.com, the customer service agent in the live chat was nice to me despite me being a bit rude for not believing them after my bad experience with goldicq.com. I decided to trust egpal.com, made a payment of 55£ and thankfully received my order minutes later.
Thank you for the professional and prompt service and I apologise for not believing you.
The best place to find services and resources that make games better, most games are pay to win these days and require so much money to get things out of lockboxes and such that is just makes it so hard to get what you need, services like credits and keys are amazing and EGPAL makes these services available at great prices and fast as heck delivery speeds.
This Site Is Most DEFINITELY Hella Legit And The Arrival Time Took Less Time Than Expected. Thx A Bunch Guys For Ensuring Me That This Site Works And It Does What It Says. 15-30 Mins. Or Less Time. Guys, Please Check This Site Out. They Are Here To Amazin And Impress Even First Time Comers. I Was One And Very Skeptical At First But Tbh All The Concerns Went Away. <33333 Thx EGPAL..Ya'll Awesome As Ever! <33
"Delivery within 30mins - 2hrs Guaranteed"
5 hours later after 2 lots of "Oh just wait another 2 hours"
No compensation, when it did arrive, company is a joke, be aware buyers.
Having used Playerauctions for years and known that it was safe to use because you order from players with no middlemen.
After they started making it impossible to use my type of credit card i had to look for another supplier, on epicnpc i found Egpal and as you can imagine i was skeptic, but delivery was swift and customer service is friendly and patient, i have ordered there for the third time now and they have delivered it to perfection every single time.
Honestly I was wonderful why it took so long... but
Honestly I was wondering why it took over an hour but that was on my behalf I was unfamiliar with the steps, I asked them what to do and they had the money transferred in less than 15 minutes. They are also Deseret making it completely safe, I will recommend EG pal to all my gamer friends.
