Eprolo is a very unreliable business partner. The issue I personally have with them is that they simply put are unable to actually track inventory. There have been numerous times when they have told me that the product is well stocked only to inform me later that it is out of stock once it has been ordered. Their excuse is that they themselves source the products and that the manufacturers do not inform them about the quantity. This however is in my view not an acceptable excuse at all, Eprolo do not seem to care about how you as their partner is affected by their incompetence, they do not lift a finger to actually improve their platform. Personally I do not even understand how they can still operate since they are barely able to actually source any products. So do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

👎👎👎👎👎 If I could give no Stars - they definitely have earned this shameful respect in the 4 months I have been working with them! 1. Don't trust the 2-3 days processing time they sell you before you sign us and what is clearly also writen in Eprolo FAQ'S - THAT IS A LIE! In the 4 months of working with Eprolo - over 40% of orders were delayed and not shipped for two weeks and even longer - every time! 2. Don't trust Thier shipping policy and timing - even if packages are delivered later then the express shipping you pay for - the have a Draconian policy that stats - that they don't care - unless is was delivered after 30 days! They do not value Thier costumers and frankly if you have a different solution for your business - avoid Eprolo by all means! 👎👎👎👎👎

Been using eprolo since October 23, some good experiences but most bad. Long fulfilment times 7-14 days which is ridiculous on top of 14 days shipping times. Had orders refunded as they couldn’t tell me items were out of stock when they were paid and placed. Had to find out weeks later that they couldn’t fulfill them making my customers extremely disappointed and frustrated. This reason I have stopped using eprolo for good! Can’t be trusted and they have affected my business due to there miss communication and lack of service to my company.

I want to say Thank You to "TrustPilot" for being vigilant. I was seriously considering using 'Eprolo' so the first thing I did was check them out on TrustPilot. I immediately became suspicious when I saw what truly looked like 'copy and paste' reviews. It was evident that they were fake. When I checked this morning those fake reviews had been removed. well done to Trustpilot. ANY company that puts up a fake review are liars and deceivers and CANNOT be trusted. That strong statement is not meant to sound 'strong'. It's just a fact. If a company can be trusted and have nothing to hide then they wouldn't need to depend on fake reviews.

I needed a product video and Eprolo contacted the supplier. The next day Paul (dont know if it is his real name, but it doesnt matter), sent reply reply with the product video attached. I know that the Eprolo website looks very sales pitchy, and could be better, but I really like the ease with which I can look for products and add it to my store. Long shipping time is the problem and unknown tracking of products but other than that. Update: Dan at Eprolo is helping me out a bit and said he will give me better services if I give a five star. Yay.. 3 weeks later did not receive my order and unknown tracking???? They are saying it is the shipping company that is causing the delay.

After launching my shopify store in September, I've been on the lookout for orders fulfillment app and I've tested many of them but when I stumbled on EPROLO, read about them, I chose them and install the App. I can boldly say from several point of test and view that they offer the best. Ranging from the plugin integration to whichever store platform they support, their easy to navigate UI, finding winning products (they are unparalleled),importing product, cheaper but quality products, comparatively lower shipping fee, branding projects(top notch and cheap) and their excellent customer service. I strongly recommend EPROLO for all dropshipping business stages(because of their scalability). Just focus on how to get your product to your audience, and leave the rest to them. They'll handle it for you and you make your profit.
