Has been great so far, my only complaint is the processing times - I was expecting much faster shipping times, which is the case - however, I'm finding many of the packages are in processing for at least 3-6 days before the tracking information finally updates to show the package is now on route. This means that items are arriving in around the same timeframe as AliExpress which is a shame. However, the ease of use, the custom branding & more still makes this an excellent alternative to AliExpress - I will also say that Bella, my agent has been absolutely amazing throughout & helping with anything I could possibly need.

I find the customer service extremely helpful and polite. They have shipped me every product like described by them. I have witnessed them shipping the same product twice instead of once one time but as long as it's more than less no customer is going to complain ;). Their order processing time could be shorter though. Overall great products!

DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. @shopify PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM SERVICE. THEY DONT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES AND THEIR STOCK QUANTITIES ARE WRONG. They don't reply to you within 1 hour they don't have 24/7 customer support. they provide fake shipping tacking numbers like these 2 here. I've been using Eprolo now for more than a year, I added it to my Shopify store as a backup. So far, it's been very good. In fact it has improved, as per my experience, I'm not saying that they have across the board excelled, but at least response time and shipping time has improved. This person, Rick is very professional, responding as fast as possible and providing solutions when needed. Sometimes they don't have the products I'm looking for, nevertheless they let me know. About shipping times, only once I had a long delay, but it was due to their New Year holiday, but mostly shipping has been fast, not blazing fast, but faster than Aliexpress. There's still room for improvement, that is why I am giving them 4 Stars. I reserve the 5th stars for when I see more improvement.

Do not use this as a supplier. They have the WORST system on earth. They don't awnser you for days and when they finally do they write ne sentence and your still having problrems. Your orders are not getting processed in time. If you are lucky they are getting sent a moth late. So Erpolo F you and PLEAse don't sue this site!
