Poor Quality products, very long shipping time, customer service is almost non existent, replies are extremely slow, lost a lot of customers using this site.

I just started in the e-commerce business and have my physical store. Eprolo has a wide range of products with good pricing! Sometimes the order processing can take more than the 3 business days but Mia has always been there to answer my questions and double check my orders. Grateful for her service and fast response time.

So slow customer cancelled and only offered partial refund!!
Really slow turn around to the point customers cancelled then eprolo took part of the money paid leaving a partial refund. Terrible wouldnt use again will be paying a small monthly fee for a much better dropshipping application. Steer clear this is a terrible company in my honest opinion.
