I love the Eprolo app for my store. Paul, from customer service is an absolute gem. He helped me get a package shipped out to my customer quicker than it was scheduled for. I’m having the worst experience with EPROLO right now. They’re sabotaging my business purposely. They don’t communicate and they customer service is terrible. I have orders pending and sitting and waiting to be shipped out. Then they have only given me the choice of FedEx delivery which is 35$ for each order of a 35 dollar product. As soon as possible I’m getting rid of EPROLO and going through another shipper because EPROLO has been the downfall of my business. They don’t want to us prosper and it’s sad. I put my all in my businesses because I come from nothing and I have to make my own way. I finally get what I’ve been praying for and that’s a increase in sales and when that happens you have EPROLO as the devil in the way to keep you down and make sure you don’t succeed.

I've been using this supplier for months and have placed over 300 orders. While I was initially satisfied with the quality of service, I now deeply regret working with them. First of all, their order processing times are extremely long, averaging around 5 days. Despite repeatedly warning them, they have sent defective products to my customers. They ship products without checking them. When I requested a refund with product videos as evidence, they said they would investigate but did nothing. They still haven't refunded the money for the defective products. Additionally, they increase product prices and shipping fees without prior notice. I will find a new supplier as soon as possible. My advice to you is to avoid using this supplier.

So far Eprolo has been very easy to use. Its pretty expensive on the shipping costs - even USA to USA - so that cuts into any profits and makes my prices need to be higher and higher. But its ok for now.

I will give Eprolo five stars when I have ordered something I am sure but so far I am really happy with them, they have an excellent range of items and what really helps is that the process of importing them to my store is easy , help is available too for any queries if you need it , they also have a print on demand service , site is clear and easy to navigate from the menu and search bar , items are good value
