EuroOptics mixed up my order. Then told me it was out of stock and they were not sure when it would be back in stock. Then told me they have it but I need to send the other item back before they can send my item. Had to make a 50minute round trip ride into town to drop the item off to be returned. Received attitude from the representative when I informed him I was upset by the disservice and lack of willingness to attempt to fix the situation with a discount or some equivalent. After I informed him I was upset with his attitude and lack of quality service, he then took off the shipping fee. Which should have been stage one. I should not have to ask for a company to fix an issue that is their fault. Was a stressful and frustrating transaction. Should have taken 4 days to receive my item, instead it took 23 days. I would not recommend trying EuroOptics when there are so many similar websites with better customer care and similar products.
