Ordered a Steiner, T6XI scope from EuroOptic. Upon inspection the elevation scope turret was found to grind when it was turned. I contacted EuroOptic and spoke with an employee named Hunter. He was very helpful and Emailed me a shipping return for UPS right after my call. The scope was returned and a new scope was quickly sent back to me. Very happy with EuroOptic price and their customer service.
