Ordered left-handed rifle for my…

Ordered left-handed rifle for my grandson. My receipt stated left handed and also on box. Rifle was right handed and had to send back for refund due to not having a left handed one like website said. Hopefully refund goes well.

William, We're sorry the rifle you received was not the left-handed model you ordered. Unfortunately, the manufacturer packaged a right-handed rifle in a box labeled as left-handed. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we handled it the best we could by arranging the return and refund. Undisclosed Demo

The SG Sentinel Bino Harness itself is top notch. However, I received a clearly demo/open package item. Product was not secured on packaging, zip tie was cut and product separated from package, in a plastic bag taped shut, and product was assembled when it is shipped separately packed and un-assembled. It does appear undamaged.
