It would be great if you could scroll…
It would be great if you could scroll the filters on the lefthand side separately from the search results. In order to adjust the arm length range as an example I had to scroll to the bottom of the results page to get that filter on my screen. I used chrome btw. maybe that's not an issue with other web browsers.

This website is buggy
This website is buggy. There was a discount for buy one get one half off that's suddenly gone. It wouldn't let me use my husband's account even though we copy and pasted the password. I would try the virtual try it on feature and after I would back my out it would refresh the page.

Website made it easy to find what I wanted. Uploading of perscription was easy. Even got a $75 discount on my glasses. I will recommend you guys to everyone.
The website needs work as does the assortment
The website search function is very glitchy and requires a lot of reloading. Also there are very few options for 135 temple length, and none in my preferred cat eye or geometric shape with adjustable nose pads. And plastic frames will sneak in no matter how you try to filter out with adjustable nose pads. I would love to see Fl 41, night driving, and other lens options. The glasses are good it is just the assortment and website that are not great. Order placed because they take insurance.

Great customer support
I had a very unusual prescription because of surgery on one eye and using a contact lens in the other. They contacted me before fulfilling the order just to make sure I'd entered the information right, and then sent them along. As it turned out, the glasses wouldn't work for my condition, and they went out of their way to help, as well as giving a refund.

This is my first time buying glasses online, so the process of entering my prescription, measuring other glasses to select the right glasses dimensions, and additional lens features was a little intimidating for me. However the processes was relatively straightforward and I gratefully appreciate many coupon codes being available.
