I think the experience was great because the whole process of finding a frame and being able to try it online is super convenient. This is great because now I don't have to worry about taking time out of work to go to an optometrist and be able to take my time picking out frames that I like. The pricing is a great positive as well, super cheap frames but I assume the quality will be great.

I have bought so many eyeglasses from EyeBuyDirect since 2021 and their customer service is top notch! My most recent order was for 4 eyeglasses for my entire family. Unfortunately, my eyeglasses (progressives with all the works) didn't work for me -- after 2 weeks, my headaches hadn't stopped and I couldn't wear them for longer than 15 minutes. Meanwhile, my 2 kids and husband love their eyeglasses -- no problems at all from the very beginning. Today I picked up the glasses (bifocals) from my optometrist and they worked right out of the gate. But I still wanted all of the works from my EBD eyeglasses - I had splurged because I wanted eyeglasses I can have long-term. In any case, I didn't want a refund, but a replacement so I called to see if I could switch to just single vision (for driving) and was pleasantly surprised to hear them say I could keep the ones I have and they will process a new one one -- single vision with all the works -- for me. (I plan on donating the pair I have to my church and hopefully they will work for someone.) For $9 more (for the transition feature for driving), I will get a new pair in 2 weeks. To say that I am happy with EBD is an understatement. CS Mary Jean was clear and very helpful, and this is why EBD is my and my family's go-to for high quality eyeglasses! When we need new glasses in a couple of years, this is where I'm going to get them.
I was able to quickly order and the glasses are great quality. The prices are great also!!!!
It’s far more complicated to order glasses online than it used to be, and the process has become much more expensive; it’s almost less stressful and less costly to just order at a brick-and-mortar store compared with a few years ago.
