A good online experience
A great opportunity to buy eyewear at a significant savings. I purchased prescription sunglasses with premium progressive lenses and I was pleased with my purchase. Customer Service was spot on and I was able to speak with a person.
I decided to do this after learning that a local discount eyewear store had closed. I took a chance with an online retailer and I still got a good experience. Fast turnaround and the prescription was processed correctly. Packaging of the product was good.

Price, ease of use, inventory. only problem I usually have is trying to interpret my doctors prescription with your form that I fill out. I which the doctors was the same as your layout using words instead of abbreviations. not your fault.

Bad experience using Eyebuydirect
I entered my prescription into the system and completed the order. After purchasing I saw that the systme had removed the prism from my prescription. It Saturday and cant cancel the order until Monday. Also I updated the prescription, taking a video, where it will not save the prism numbers into the saved prescription. Ive tried using both Firefox and Opra with same results
