Great site, great glasses, great price!
The site is easy to use, it has a nice selection of frames and lenses, you can virtually try the frames on to give you a general idea of the way it could look, and you can see how the frames you are considering look on other people. Most of all the price is great. The only downsize is getting them adjusted my a local provider.

I was not happy to be forced to accept unwanted options
I was not happy to be forced to accept options (thinner lenses and anti-glare coating) that I did not want. There was no way provided to decline these options, they had to be accepted to complete the order. This creates a very negative feeling towards your company.

Great glasses, awful live chat technology
I generally love Eyebuydirect and have had excellent experiences with them for years. My most recent pair of glasses broke within five months, and they offered to replace them for free, which I tremendously appreciate. The user experience of getting customer support to move through the return was very frustrating. The people were excellent, but the technology wasn't working. The website live chat repeatedly disconnected me in the middle of my conversations. The content of what I had shared was not retained, so I had to explain the entire situation to four separate customer service reps. It was frustrating because I had chosen the exact pair of glasses, the exact types of lenses, and everything that I wanted, and had it in my cart. They were not able to see that at customer service, you are not allowed to issue a coupon code or credit on your account for the amount of the glasses that you are replacing. Because of this, I had to tell the reps every single option, correct the mistakes, get disconnected and repeat the whole process. It took over an hour, until I realised I could screen-short everything and send it to the last agent. It's WILD that no one suggested that and that this is the process for faulty products.

Varied selection generally and also which specifically applies to my script for prism glasses. Selection is easy as is payment and the application of your various coupons. It looks to me that the website automatically applied the best coupon. Very nice feature!

I had a coupon for 45% off plus free shipping.,, Then I had a coupon for Buy on get one Free… I also had a Discount for being Military.., Just because I was using my insurance I was not allowed to use any of the above coupons or Military Discount even though I still had an out of pocket expense of more than $100 …! I think this SUCKS Especially not being able to use the Military Discount…! Thus the low score.

The price was great. Hopefully the quality will be as well. I don't wear glasses that often but when ya need them ya need them. In the saved rx the pd kept coming up at 75. Mine is 60 so it was anoying to keep fixing it
