My package was sent to the wrong address and I had updated it so I am not sure why that happened. The CSR in the chat helped me sort it out and even though I had to pay a fee they were very great to deal with so great job on the customer service. I thought I would mention this so you are aware, I also ordered with kits. Their try on feature is way more accurate and their shipping is way faster. Also the cases you get with your glasses for free are much better. Their prices are also cheaper mostly, since their prices include standard lenses. Yours are extra. I will still continue ordering from eyebuydirect but I thought I would mention that because there is more competition now and you have to stay competitive.thanks so much Jovi for your help today!

Deceptive Customer Support
I have previously ordered 2 other pairs from this company. The frame prices are typically cheap, but just selecting the lenses can easily push your order to be >$200. The experience was generally good up until the latest experience. My frame arrived faulty - one hinge was slightly bent which made opening and closing the glasses extremely difficult and gave me doubts about the longevity of the pair as the frame would be strained on every open/close. I contacted customer support for a replacement pair and was pitched the option to upgrade to transition lenses. I specifically asked the customer support representative whether the upgrade would keep the same lens thickness as my previous pair has 1.74 index. The rep confirmed that the new pair will have the same thickness so I paid extra for the transition lens upgrade. Upon receiving the new pair of replacement glasses, I noticed that the replacement pair actually only have 1.64 index lenses. I was effectively lied to by the customer support representative. I contacted support again and received no support on this. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend to others.
