Faking refunds with bogus transaction IDs – Pure gaslighting
Do not trust EyeBuyDirect's return or refund policy. They are actively engaging in fraudulent accounting practices. They claim a refund was completely issued and finalized on July 16, but two weeks later, my financial institution has absolutely no record of it. When called out, their customer service team continuously spams my email inbox with a useless, unverified internal transaction ID as "proof" to stonewall me. They are fabricating data to close support tickets while withholding my money. I have been forced to file a formal dispute and chargeback through my bank to pull my funds back. Their customer service is an absolute joke and they rely on constant consumer gaslighting. Buyer beware. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ RESPONSE TO THEIR COMPANY REPLY: EyeBuyDirect's public response below is completely fake and insincere. You are publicly asking for my email address and name to 'assist' me, yet your customer service department has been relentlessly spamming my exact email inbox for weeks with a useless, fake transaction ID. You already have my details and you refuse to return the money. Stop playing games for the public audience on Trustpilot. My bank has already initiated a formal fraud chargeback to pull the stolen funds from your account.

love the ability to easily try glasses on...great selection.....great prices.....good variety of add ons ....easy to navigate the site...return policy is great....only difficulty i had was in trying the glasses on online...if we used the live camera, it worked great but when using a photo, it didn't recognize a face in the pic despite trying many options of cropping large and small.

This is my second time ordering. The site is very user-friendly, prices are very low and return policy is great. For those three reasons, I will al Amy’s order from Eyebuydirect.
Good selection
I'm on firefox. When I want to edit filters like size of glasses I have to scroll all the way down to change them. Then the page reloads and I have to scroll all the way down again. Over and over again. I'm forced to get thinner glasses if I want 2 day shipping. It's more expensive to get thinner glasses and I'm in a time crunch. It's exploitative. Besides that not a bad experience and prices are great if you choose the slower shipping.

I don't know if it's cause I'm ordering on my phone, but after I choose my prescription and it wants you to pick the extra add-ons. I wanted the blue light filter but I couldn't proceed past that screen. It said no other options available for this choice please contact assistance, so I had to go back and pick regular lenses and thank god it had the options for water repellent/anti-glare or I would have been stuck there as well. These problems didn't exist last year, infuriating and having to click on something to see the options which doesn't even look remotely like something you should click on is unintuitive to say the very least. I like this online glasses company compared to others mostly because I don't need to upload a prescription, otherwise I wouldn't of bothered with this critique. Please fix thissss

Amazing prices, wonderful coupons, and I love that you can virtually try on the glasses! The only thing I'd hope for is that every pair had the virtual try on option, as some don't, but EyeBuyDirect.com does make up for that with their 30-day return policy in case anything looks off!
