i've been ordering from them for years. There was an instance where my lens seemed to be glued weird and a customer service rep replied promptly. Great price and I've had my one daily pair for four years with minor scratches!

I have ordered from eyebuydirect twice before yet I am always prompted to start a new account each time I purchase lenses. I should be able to enter my phone number, name, DOB to find my previous orders.
I didn't type my insurance in correctly previously so that stopped me from purchasing the glasses. I typed it in correctly this time and I was able to purchase with my insurance paying the bulk.

Nice website easy ordering. Good selection of super cute frames. I don't appreciate being forced to get an expensive high index lens for sunglasses. If you didn't do that, I would have ordered more.
