My Time With Eye-Buy Direct
The simplicity of the entire ordering process, and certainly the wide variety of frames and lenses, and the overall cost. You also provided a coupon which is very much appreciated. Thanks for the values!!

My 1st 2 try’s at ordering with PayPal…
My 1st 2 try’s at ordering with PayPal payment said they went through however the order didn’t process. I got on chat & she said it didn’t go through. So I placed the 3rd order and it went through on a different card. 🤞 the order is correct when I receive it.

Can’t Beat Them!
I bought a pair of rimless titanium glasses from Eyebuydirect in 2019 and they’ve held up so well, that if the anti reflective coating wasn’t coming off, I could still wear them!!! They’re way better and less expensive than Lenscrafters; I bought rimless glasses from them and the lenses cracked at the arms within 8 months and of course they lied about the warranty - they were Oakleys and I was told they had a 2yr warranty, which I found out was BS, so I was out of glasses!! Anyway, I just bought my second pair of the same frame as before (Dimension) and am so happy; they fit perfectly and the prescription is dead on. I decided to buy another pair, so I can rotate them, so I picked a different rimless frame (Collector) with grey transition lenses instead of brown and I’m sure I will be just as pleased with them!!! I’ll never go to the big name stores again - Eyebuydirect is the way to go!!!! 🩷

Trouble signing up for an account
I would have rated 5 stars because I really didn't have any issues with picking or buying the glasses. I did however have an issue signing up for an account. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Turns out that the sign up with Google button is broken!
I loved the try one before you buy it
I loved the try one before you buy it. It gave me a chance to see which glasses look good on me. Plus the prices were great and the coupon offers they gave you were great as well.
you coupons too specific
you send out coupuons but they expire too quickly or only apply to a narrow subset of circumstance
