Deceptive marketing. Coupons don't work even if you meet criteria. They hope you don't notice them charging extra for things.

I've been using Eyebuydirect for a few years. They're a great company with food customer service. Decently priced frames, good lens options and they use your insurance.
The customer service with Nica was amazing. Very patient and helpful. Also, I was initially disconnected but they actually called me back while I was on the phone with Nica. All good! PS Prices are amazing

very hard to figure out how to get bifocal sunglasses and then you have to get transitions i want just regular sunglasses that are dark all the time

The chat person Don was great!! I wanted to change frames because the ones I have been ordering are a size small and leave divots in my nose. Very tight. I couldn’t figure out how to order new frames. I love your prices and glasses though!!
The selection of glasses is pretty good. It would be better if you can add Versace and Prada. The quality of progressive prescription glasses can improve as the get dirty easily and are hard to clean as they get blurry so I need to use water and soap to clean them almost on a daily basis.
