This site attempts to charge you for additional items that are actually contained in previous selections; such as blue-light, UV, and anti-reflective properties. The basic selections contain those items, but they attempt to have you upgrade for those same items later in the checkout process - beware. I got the items I wanted without additional expensive upgrades.

Suggestion: I'd love to be able to call your company number to talk to a salesperson who'd help me choose the eyewear I'm feeling like, at the moment. It'd be wonderful and I'd remain loyal if only I could talk to an upbeat knowledgeable salesperson like I did with your company around 3 years ago Since I'm doing it all myself, I become frustrated and talk myself out of buying completely, or buying elsewhere. It takes me too many days or weeks, to choose a pair of prescription glasse on this site. A few years ago I was in awe of your low prices and high quality. The past 2 years your prices feel almost "doubled. I'll place an item in your cart, then price compare at your online competitors. I've bought 5 pairs of glasses from two other great online prescription eyewear sites. Thank you for your attention to my suggestion

Scanning my prescription was easy, the glasses were affordable with good reviews and pictures, overall good experience.

Surprisingly found the perfect frame almost right away. Followed through with simple ordering process to get the lenses exactly the way I wanted. Price was incomparable to anyone else. I haven't received them yet but am hoping the workmanship is as good as the rest of the process.

Easiest way to get glasses. As long as you know your prescription it’s super simple. It’s hard to find the time to go to the eye doctor just to get new glasses. Using this site is so much cheaper too. I’ve been using this site for years and have always been happy with the glasses I get. They always last me a few years before I need to replace them.
Lots of frames and able to use insurance!
A lot of frame options to choose from and love that I am able to use vision insurance from the start, instead of having to file a reimbursement claim with my insurance after purchasing.

I've liked the experience so far. On one occasion I requested a refund but it didn't have to do with the company (the prescription I got from the eye doctor was too weak) and it was easy to do (you request it through the chat feature).

The selection felt limited but happy
The selection felt limited. I have a wide face. But overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase, the fit and the color. Took about less than week after ordering to get my glasses. Definitely will order them again.
