After receiving multiple items in my order, a few pieces did not fit correctly & I requested an exchange. Being an international company, we agreed the best route would be to replace the items with a credit. I thought this to be a fair resolution & the team was very cordial in our conversations. Various other items in the order fit well & true to size, and overall I am happy with my purchase.
After ordering I received an email that one of my items was out of stock so they let me choose a replacement which was a little more expensive but they fulfilled the request with no up charge. Everything came as pictured, even better quality than I expected. It took about 2 weeks for shipping but I was emailed a tracking number to follow as soon as my replacement was selected. Thank you!
Most of my order came in quickly and was in excellent condition. Even though one was out of stock after ordering, customer service reached out to me and offered to let me pick another item from their shop. I really wanted my original order and they kept me updated to its inventory. As soon as it was restocked it, they sent it out right away. I also had a sizing issue with another item but they helped me out with that as well. Excellent customer service and the quality of items exceeded my expectations. Will order from them again soon.
