I wish I had read reviews before ordering. First order was direct. Still haven’t received my order after nearly 2 months. My second order got refunded because I went through PayPal and filed a complaint with them.

Completely got sucked into the cool clothes. I ordered and never got my merchansize! There is no place to do business ! And I could have avoided all this if I did what I always do “ look at the reviews “. They suck! I feel like a fool and learned my lesson! Stay far away from them!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are NOT an honest company. My order was supposed to ship in "24hours" it shipped 9 day later. I had to buy another bday gift before it arrived so I asked to ship back for a refund they DO NOT respond. They claim to ship out of Cali that's a lie. It come from China deliver to cali relabel over the original label. DO NOT TRUST TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

very similar to other reviews here,i ordered a shirt and a jacket...they didn't have the shirt,and sent me nothing until i contacted them 4 weeks after my order...only then,they sent me the wrong jacket,totally different,and disgusting...of course they took my money up front...it takes them forever to reply,and i found out they are a chinese company pretending to be american,with pidgeon english...DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES

I strongly urge anyone NOT to purchase any items from Findercube.com (aka Mooyius.com) I placed a large order from Findercube.com. When I received the items, I realized that the items does not match the product advertised on their website. The appearance, material, and color are completely different and fail to meet the expectations set by their listing. It seems that the item is a plain white shirt with a printed design meant to resemble the advertised product, rather than what was promised. I immediately contacted the vendor and provided photos of the items to support my claim, but unfortunately, they have refused to issue a refund, offering coupons instead. I believe this resolution is inadequate given the circumstances, and I urged them to reconsider and process a full refund. I trusted their website store asking them for a swift and fair resolution to this matter. I found myself having to file a formal complaint with Paypal asking them not to allow this vendor to conduct any additional business with them. This case is currently under review. From what I can tell, I will never receive my refund.
Pictures and description misrepresented. BEWARE!
The description read as suede and the styling was Jean jacket. What I received was a lightweight microfiber shirt almost 2 months later and Zoya who appears to be AI driven would not take it back offering discount after discount( not additive though). Finally after 1 week of non-sense and wasted time, I got my bank/credit card company involved who refunded my money. This morning she offered me another discount after the money was returned already. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Their products are rubbish, when trying to get my money back I was assured I was talking to a real person but the replies just kept coming back virtually the same so I assume they are AI or computer generated. ((Exercise caution when ordering from this company. My wife placed two orders, the first on January 30, 2025, for $313.92 (Order FC42729), which we have yet to receive. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has not issued a refund. Unfortunately, 1 made the mistake of placing another order on February 12, 2025, for $101.94 (Order #FC64389). What we received was significantly different from what was ordered — the requested size was M, but they sent a 3XL. We have attempted to resolve the issue with the company, speaking with a customer service person by the name Zoya, where ((she or him )) been requesting only with the response that they need photos and videos of the incorrect item. Later requesting to pay for the shipping price to send me another item with the size I requested, after I provided them the shipping cost pay with another credit card; I still received requiring invoice and order number for the purchase of the item when the only requested for Zoya was; pay for the shipping cost. Given their lack of resolution, we have had to file a dispute with our credit card company to recover the funds, with the two different credit cards companies without any solution. Once the matter is resolved, we intend to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and post in all different platforms my case to let everyone know what king of company they are and b The strategies employed by such organizations to retain the funds of well-meaning individuals who place their trust in them often involve deceptive practices designed to exploit their trust and financial vulnerability.
